It started with an account executive job, not a codebase.
Long before PRISM V10, the founder spent years helping people untangle problems the system wasn't built to fix, disputing wrong Lexis CLUE reports, watching how little recourse someone has when a bad record follows them around and no one owns fixing it. Twenty-plus years later, across insurance, Medicare, and federal compliance work, that gap hadn't closed. It had just gotten harder to see.
PRISM V10 is the platform built to close it, a forensic investigation engine that finds what manual review misses, with the same rigor a career fraud investigator brings to a case file.
